1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Habjee ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 2 Eligibility

To register and use Habjee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Habjee. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Habjee uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if duplicates are found.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, email address and phone number. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
  • You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
  • You must not allow any other person to access or use your Habjee account.
  • You must notify Habjee support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
  • Habjee will never contact you to ask for your password — any such request is fraudulent.

Habjee reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Standard documents requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Habjee currently supports bKash, Nagad and Rocket as payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All payment accounts used on Habjee must be registered in your own name. Habjee does not accept payments from third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Deposits are typically credited to your Habjee account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact Habjee support with your transaction reference number.

  • Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
  • Habjee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
  • Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

Habjee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, Habjee will notify the player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Note: All transactions on Habjee are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not currently supported on the platform.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Habjee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Current Offers page. By claiming any bonus on Habjee, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all Habjee bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

  • Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse.
  • Habjee reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to bypass restrictions, or exploiting technical errors.
  • Free spins and free bet bonuses are subject to the same wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Habjee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus abuse warning: Habjee actively monitors for bonus abuse. Players found to be abusing promotional offers will have their accounts suspended and all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Habjee — including EVO Live, MG Live, Callbreak Quick, Super Fruit Machine and all sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game or sport. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet or wager.

Habjee's live casino games are provided by Evolution Gaming (EVO Live) and Microgaming (MG Live). The rules and outcomes of these games are determined by the respective providers and are certified by independent testing agencies.   • Using another person's identity or payment method to register or transact on Habjee.
  • Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Habjee platform.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any Habjee game or system.
  • Colluding with other players in live casino games or card games.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions or to claim bonuses not available in your region.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering or using Habjee for any illegal financial activity.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, Habjee reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

Habjee provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Habjee will not be liable for any losses arising from:

  • Platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions to service.
  • Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
